NBPT Pickleball Club ("NBPT Pickleball Club," "we," "us," or "our") operates nbptpickleballclub.com (the "Site") and the private indoor pickleball club located near the entrance of the Newburyport Business and Industrial Park in Newburyport, Massachusetts. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or joining our waitlist or membership, you agree to this Policy.

- Information you provide: first name, last name, email address, phone number, play frequency, age confirmation, and any messages you send us.
- Payment information: when membership billing begins, payment details (card number, billing address) are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and approximate location, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your waitlist signup and contact you about your founding member spot.
- To process membership applications, billing, and court bookings.
- To send service-related communications (booking confirmations, billing notices, club updates).
- To measure the performance of our marketing and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and pixels to understand how visitors interact with the Site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
